Large section missing from my copy of this book. By encouraging the proliferation of denominations, it heightened the need for toleration of dissent. The book is pretty hefty but it organizes all the content in an easy to read way.

I have no pages from That's my favorite time period. I was impressed and engaged by the flowing narrative, and how easy it made to read chapters that averaged 45 pages. Those pages just fall out now as I get farther into the book.
